视频图像处理和网络视频技术的研究与应用

近年来,随着视频技术的发展,网络视频在人们生活中占主要部分,人们对于视觉享受上的要求也不断提高,因而对于图像处理以及视频技术的相关技术要点进行有效的改进与完善是非常必要的。网络音视频服务包括会话式和非会话式音视频服务,其中会话式音视频服务包括视频会议和可视电话,非会话式音视频服务包括流媒体、广播、文档下载、媒体存储/播放和数字摄像机,为了给音视频服务提供更好的视频编码方法视频联合工作组提出了H.265标准。本文对视频编码技术以及网络视频的处理技术进行了详实的阐释,以期更好的推进图像以及视频技术朝向更加科学的方向发展。

in recent years,with the development of video technology,network video is the main part of people's life,people for the improvement of the visual enjoyment enhances unceasingly,so it is very necessary to improve the relevant technology of image processing and video technology.Network audio and video services include conversational and non conversational video services,network audio includes conversational audio and video services including video conferencing and video phone,non conversational audio and video services including streaming media,broadcasting,document download,storage and playback media/digital camera,In order to provide better video coding method for audio and video service,the H.265 standard is Proposed.In this paper,video coding technology and network of video processing technology has carried on the detailed explanationn,in order to better promote the image and video technology towards a more scientific direction.
