TOD理念下的城市土地利用与交通协调发展研究

城市土地利用与城市交通是我国城市规划体系的重要组成部分。本文首先对我国城市发展现状进行分析,得出以公共交通为导向的城市发展模式(TOD),该模式为一种符合我国城市发展现状的比较好的发展战略。对TOD理论进行了系统阐述,并结合案例详细论述了城市交通与城市土地利用两者之间的相互作用关系。

Urban land use and urban transportation are the impor-tant components of urban planning system in China.This paper first analyzes the current situation of urban development in China,and concludes that the urban development mode(TOD),which is guided by public transportation,is a better development strategy in line withthe current situation of China's urban development.Then the TOD theory is systematically expatiated.The relationship between urban traffic and urban land use is discussed in detail,combined with the case to be analyzed.
