摘要
治安处罚基本制度,是贯穿于治安处罚立法之中,对治安处罚具有重要影响作用的法律制度。本文分别探讨了治安处罚的五大基本制度,即治安处罚回避制度、听证制度与陈述和申辩制度、时效制度、告知制度、救济制度。
Basic system on public order management punishment is the law system which runs through the lawmaking and has the important influence to public order management punishment . The article discusses five basic systems respectively, namely,blenching system, the hearing system and arguing system, the time limited system, apprizing system, and relif system.
