摘要
在对认股权证的理论认识基础上,结合中国证券市场上的认股权证进行实证分析,得出一些新的结论:权证的波动性很大,权证的价格与其价值相背离;中国的权证市场具有很强的投机性。这对指导投资者进行投资有重要的实际意义。
On the basis of knowing in theory of the warrants,the text analysis the case of warrant, draw some new conclusions:The fluctuation of the warrant is very big;the price and value of the warrant are deviated from stock market;The warrant market of China is very strong speculative.This text could instruct investors how to carry on investment and have very important actual meanings.
