论企业知识产权机构设置——从法经济学的角度分析

The Research to Enterprise’s Organization of Intellectual Property Right Installation From the Angle of Law and Economics Analysis

企业在开发知识产权过程中,需要加强对知识产权的管理,以提高知识产权收益。本文从法经济学的角度对我国企业知识产权管理进行分析,并在此基础上对我国企业知识产权管理机构提出几点意见,以求对我国企业的发展有所裨益。

With the development of intellectual economics, intellectual property right, especially patent and trademark, determine whether an enterprise can fit to keen international competition. In the process of developing intellectual property right, enterprise should tight up the management of intellectual property and enhance the profit of intellectual property. A lot of enterprises in our country, especially small and medium-sized enterprises have ignored the management and application of their own intellectual property right resources, this phenomenon have caused a lot of meaningless losses. This text tries analyzing to enterprise’s management intellectual property right of our country in terms of law of economics, and put forward several viewpoints to the intellectual property right management organization of enterprise of our country on this basis, and in order to beneficial the development of our country’s enterprises.
