大清帝国兴衰的西方版画卷:古典经济学家中国观的历史演进

18世纪中叶至19世纪上半叶,大清帝国经历了由盛世向衰世的转变。这一时期,西方古典经济学派伴随着西方市场经济的成长而崛兴。古典经济学家在当时中国文明西渐和欧洲"中国热"的氛围影响下对遥远的大清帝国给予了程度不一的关注,他们以经济学家的审视眼光对大清帝国的兴衰进行了研究,这些研究可视为大清帝国兴衰的西方版画卷。

From the mid-18 th century to the first half of the 19th century,the Qing Dynasty had experienced the transition from a glorious age into a declined age.In this period,western classical schools of economics was going along with the growing of western market economy into flowering.Under such kind of influence of Chinese culture at that time and effect of the mood of China-craze in European,those classical scholars of economics took various degree towards the Qing Dynasty far away,eyeing with perspective of an economist on the researches of the Qing’s up and down.These researches could be viewed as a picture of western version painting the Qing’s flourishing and withering.
