我国省级行政区划调整的方案设计

中国的行政区划自产生以来在维护国家统一和促进社会经济发展方面发挥了重要作用,但随着社会主义市场经济体制的发展,原有行政区划的矛盾日益显露,尤其是省级行政区划带来的问题愈加突出。"十一五"规划期间我国将启动行政区划的试点改革,有必要从我国目前的实际情况出发,在正确原则的引导下,对我国省级行政区域的划分提出一个合理的方案。

The division of administrative area in Chinese has played vital role in the maintenance of country unification and the promotion of social economy’s development since it formed.But along with the development of the socialist market economy system,the contradictions in the original division of administrative area are revealed day by day, in particular the question brought by the partition of provincial administrative is even more prominent.During the "Eleventh Five-year Plan",our country will start the experiment reform on the division of administrative area,it is necessary to embark from actual situation of our country,propose reasonable plan to our country’s division of provincial administrative under the correct principle’s guidance.
