The Initial Research of the Relationship Between Limited-administration and Administrative Civilization——About the Function of Civic Society

有限政府是行政文明的重要内容,它是基于理性考量和一定政治理论指导下形成的政府,是一个追求政府结构合理、行政高效的政府,更是一个追求政府治理、公民自治的政府。本文在探讨有限行政与行政文明关系的基础上,试图对公民社会的作用进行初步研究。

Administrative civilization is the advanced state of human society’s administration,and also the acquit form and implemental approach of political civilization.Limited-administration(limited-government)is the important nature of administrative civilization.It is the government which is based on rational measurement and is instructed by certain political theory pursues right structure and high efficiency.Moreover,it is the government which is focus more on governance and civic autonomy.The article is try to do initial research on the function of civic society through the discussion of the relationship between limited-administration and administrative civilization.
