This article based on the foundational function of educational system to the law construction,has analyzed the teachers’ words power’s essence and its operation,which the educational system entrusts with,and pointed out the positive effects and the negative effects of this authority between the traditional and the reality.proposed the suggestion of the teachers’ words power which affects in the legislative work,and to mold the youngers’ law consciousness through the teachers’ words power.
