County Head Direct Election and the Current Democracy at the Grassroots Level Development

村民自治还不是真正意义上的政治民主。以乡镇长直接选举为代表的基层民主的发展的出现,逐渐成为我国今后基层民主的一个主要发展趋势和核心问题。但其发展并非一帆风顺,文章通过对影响其发展的动力与面临的困境进行了分析,提出了关于乡镇长直接选举与当前基层民主的发展的一些建议。

The villagers autonomous were not in the true significance of political democracy, the village head which elected are not the first charge of the village,the appearance of taking county head direct election as representative’s democracy at the grassroots level development,will become our country’s main development tendency and the core question. However its development by no means is also problem-free,the article analysis the affects of its power and the resistance, proposed some suggestions on the direct election of county head and the level development of current democracy at the grassroots.
