摘要
随着知识经济的到来,知识管理越来越受到人们的关注。鉴于传统管理和过去知识管理实践中对显性知识的重视和充分关注,以及显性知识管理的可操作性强,因而企业应给予隐性知识更多的关注,这是知识管理的核心和关键。通过对隐性知识在企业战略发展中的重要性分析,提出隐性知识开发和利用的措施,这将有利于推进企业的知识管理和核心竞争力的形成。
People have show concerns for the knowledge management coming along with the information economics.Because of the emphasis on the explicit knowledge in the knowledge management and the high maneuverability of eh explicit knowledge,the enterprise should pay more attention to the tacit knowledge which is crucial to knowledge management.This paper analyze its importance and suggest the ways of developing and innovating which will make for the knowledge management and the core competency.
