摘要
随着我国体制改革的不断深入以及进入WTO后各行业的逐步开放,我国企业逐渐感受到人才流失的威胁。人才流失会给企业造成损失,严重的还会危及企业的生存。企业可以构建人才流失状态预测指标体系,运用模糊综合评价模型对人才流失状态进行预测,事先了解人才动向,避免人才流失的发生。
Our country’s reforming and opening policy is going deep.Along with it,the talents turnover has become a question for managers in enterprises.The enterprises could establish an evaluation index group,and use fuzzy integrated evaluation model to forewarning the talents turnover situation.
