Appraising the Population Policy in China

人口问题是当今世界面临的重要问题之一,受到各国的普遍重视。我国自上世纪70年代正式推行人口政策以来,取得了很大成绩,但也带来一些负面效果。本文通过建立一个简单的政策评估标准框架,应用定性和定量的方法,试图对我国人口政策实施的效果、效率、效应做出客观评价。

The population question is one of the most important questions which now the world face.The population policy in our country carried out officially from the 1970s which has obtained lots of results,but also brings some negative effects.The authors in this article attempts to objectively value the effect、the efficiency and the benefit of the population policy in our country by establishing a simple policy appraisal standard frame and using qualitative and quantitative methods.
