关于我国城乡就业过程与社会资本的研究述评

A Review of Domestic Empirical Research about the Employment-seeking Process in the City and Countryside and the Social Capital

关于城乡就业过程与社会资本的相关关系,本文首先对国内外相关理论进行了回顾,在此基础上对国内关于城乡就业过程与社会资本相关实证研究的研究对象和研究方法作了简单总结,并从个体在就业过程中对社会资本拥有情况和社会资本使用情况两个角度来考察社会资本与城乡就业过程的相关关系,最后提出了目前国内的研究成果、不足以及以后的研究方向。

About the correlation of the employment-seeking process in the city and countryside and the social capital,the domestic and foreign scholars have conducted massive empirical research,from"weak relation supposition"of Granovetter,to"social resources--social capital theory"of Lin Nan.Firstly this article reviews to the domestic and foreign correlative theories.On the basis of this,it makes simple summary to the research objects and research technique of the domestic empirical research on the employment-seeking process and social capital.Then it studies their correlations from the points of possessing of social capital and making use of social capital in employment-seeking process.Finally this article also proposes domestic research results and insufficiencies at present,as well as the later research directions.
