廉租房制度是我国住房供应体系的一个重要组成部分,也是我国住房保障的重要的一项制度安排,是有效解决我国城镇低收入者住房问题的重要途径。虽然我国的廉租房制度实施有几年了,但由于各种原因,廉租房制度步履维艰。在当前构建和谐社会的大背景下,如何保障我国逐步庞大的弱势群体的居住权利,实现社会公平,具有非常重要的现实意义。

Now under the background of setting up the harmonious society, it will be realistically significant how to guarantee right of the increasing people who earn the low income and achieve the fair of the society.
