构建和谐社会与城乡公共服务均等化

Construction of the Harmonious Society and the Public Service Equalization between the City and Countryside

公共服务是政府提供给全民的一种普遍式服务,但目前我国公共服务的提供在社会保障、就业服务、义务教育、医疗卫生、基础设施和公民权利方面存在着明显的城乡不均等现象,这已经严重影响了社会的和谐;在十六届六中全会把构建社会主义和谐社会提到前所未有高度的背景下,要通过对这六方面公共服务的逐步改善,消除公共服务的城乡非均等现象,以此来促进和谐社会的实现。

The public service is a type of goods provided by the government to all people,but currently the public service provided by our government is obviously unequal between the city and countryside in the social security,the employment service,the health service,compulsory education,infrastructure and civil rights,and this condition has seriously influenced the social harmony.The harmonious society construction has been put on a highest level,we expect to remove the phenomena of unequal public service between the city and countryside to construct a more harmonious society.
