Chinese Bank’s Strategic Choice Facing the Financial Internationalization

我国银行业的完全对外开放,给我国银行带来了巨大挑战。通过简单介绍我国银行业目前面临的形势,指出我国银行业重视人力资源开发的必要性。在此基础上,从银行业人力资源的管理开发、组织开发、职业生涯开发和培训开发四个方面提供了我国银行业进行人力资源开发的路径选择。

The Chinese financial industry opened worldwide formally on December 11,2006.As the core part of financial industry,the national banks will make competition with foreign banks on the same stage.This paper analyzed the background that Chinese banks confronted with and pointed out the necessity of putting the development of human resources in an important place.Finally,this paper provided four aspects as the possible way to Chinese bank,including career training exploitation,occupation development,management development and organization development.
