Spy Organization Inference Justice in Ming Dynasty——On Perspective of Lopsided Govern of Ming Government

明代已经进入了中国封建社会晚期,在封建君主专制制度空前强化的背景下,其政府陷入了"不平衡治理"困境。而在司法领域出现了新的变化,特务政治组织锦衣卫和东厂在法律之外滥用职权,破坏了正常的司法秩序,使得本已陷入了"不平衡治理"困境的明代政府在运行上更加困难,弊端丛生,最终积重难返而走向了灭亡之路。

China in Ming Dynasty was in the late time of Chinese federal society.On the background that the federal absolute monarchy strengthened on an unprecedented scale,the government got into trouble of "lopsided govern".Moreover,there was a new change in justice,that the spy organization DONG CHANG and JIN YI WEI surpassed law and abused their power.What they did destroyed the normal justice,making the government in trouble administered more difficultly.Finally,the problems added quickly and the Ming government ran to the destroy road inevitably.
