贸易与环境问题的南北关系研究综述

Literature Review on the Relation between South and North in the Problem of Trade and Environment

国际贸易的发展与环境问题的全球化有着极为密切的联系,而国际贸易中的环境问题又往往和南北问题交织在一起。通过对国内外贸易与环境问题有关文献的梳理,本文从理清国际贸易与环境的关系出发,总结和评述了南北方在贸易与环境问题中的分歧和主要冲突,深入剖析了产生这些分歧的主客观原因。并就今后关于贸易与环境问题的南北关系方面的进一步研究,提出方向性建议。

The development of international trade is highly associated with the globalization of the environmental problem, while the environmental problem in the international trade always interacts with the problem between south and north. On the base of local and foreign literatures regarding trade and environment, this article, summarizes the disputes and conflicts between south and north and deeply analyzes the reasons of the conflicts after clearing up the relationship between trade and environment. Hopefully it will be helpful for others’ future research on the topic of trade and environment.
