城市住房问题是世界性难题,而公共住房政策是解决这一问题的主要策略之一,是各国社会保障制度的一个重要组成部分。我国现行公共住房制度虽然运行年时不长,但却诟病不少,经济适用房政策与廉租房政策都遭遇不同程度的困境。公共住房政策的改革势在必行,探索创新型公共住房制度运行模式是当务之急。

The housing issue of cities is a world knotty problem, and the public housing policy is one of the main strategies to solve this stubborn issue, it is also an important constituent of social security system. Though the present public housing policy of our country does not function very long, it is denounced a lot. The economical-usable housing policy and the inexpensive-rent housing policy all encounter a difficult position with varying degree. So public housing policy reform is imperative, and the exploration of innovative public housing system pattern is an urgent matter.
