摘要
HR外包是企业人力资源管理活动的重要组成部分,一方面可以增强企业的竞争优势,另一方面也面临着极大的风险。针对这一问题,企业可以运用模糊综合评判的方法对HR外包风险进行定量化分析及预测,事先了解风险的大小,避免外包失败的发生。
HR Epiboly is the important part of the human resource management in enterprise, on the one hand, which can strengthen the competition advantage of the enterprise; on the other hand, which also faces great risks. Aiming at this question, this article uses Fuzzy Integrated Evaluation to analyse the risk of HR epoboly, and uses idiographic example to validate that this method is feasible and reasonable, which has some reference meaning to the enterprise.
