摘要
西语"破产"一词最早起源于拉丁语"Fallitax"与"Rumpere",后这些词汇分别对意大利、西班牙等相关词汇的出现产生影响。以后,意大利语、西班牙语又对法语、德语相关词汇的出现产生作用。而英语"Bankruptcy"一词的产生则与法语"Banqueroute"有着密切联系。在东方,日语首先在古时受到汉语的影响产生"破产生"一词,以后,该词又受英语"Bankruptcy"一词影响,开始具有现代破产之含义。而后,该词又传回中国,使中文"破产"成为英语"Bankruptcy"之对应词汇。
The western language "Bankruptcy" was originated from the Latin word "Fallitax" and "Rumpere". Later, the Latin words "Fallitax" and "Rumpere" influenced the creation of some relative words in Italy and Spain. Then, the Italian and Spanish words influenced the creation of some relative words in France and Germany. And the creation of the English word "Bankruptcy" had a close connection with the French word "Banqueroute". In the orient, ancient Chinese word "Po Chan" was introduced to Japan and the word became Japanese word. Later, the Japanese word influenced by the English word "Bankruptcy", then it gradually had the modern meaning of bankruptcy. Afterwards, the word came back to China, and then the Chinese word "Po Chan" had the meaning of bankruptcy.
