When Tramp Teenagers Will Not Need Succor——The Investigation of Tramp Teenagers’ Succor Mechanism in Hubei Province

流浪青少年问题是一个严重的社会问题。湖北省已初步形成一套流浪青少年的救助机制,然而现有机制依然存在机制不顺、救助主体单一、救助资金不足、基础条件落后等问题,这些问题的解决依赖于救助理念的转变,依赖于更多的资金投入,依赖于社会保障体制的完善等措施。流浪青少年理应得到更多的关爱,期待他们早日结束流浪。

Tramp teenagers is a serious social problem. The government of Hubei Province has already construct a simple succor mechanism and has a lot of effective achievements. However, there are so many problems in the existing mechanism such as funds lacking, basic condition lagging and etc. Measures like building the social security system and increaing the input in fund should be taken. We hope the tramp teenagers need not roam as soon as possible.
