综合Romer和Lucas内生经济增长模型,可将Romer模型中的产品研究和开发部门引入Lucas模型中,建立一个三部门的内生经济增长模型,研究人力资本和R&D资本对经济系统的动态均衡路径的影响。分析表明:两者的稳定增长对经济系统的动态均衡路径存在显著的正影响,但经济系统的动态均衡路径对人力资本增长的反映更加灵敏。

This article synthetize Romer and Lucas’s fresh economical growth model,introduces the Romer model in product research and the development department in the Lucas model, establishes three departments’ fresh economical growth models, researches that how the human capital and R&D to influence the dynamic equalization way of economical system. The analysis indicated that, Two stable growths to dynamic equalization way of economical system exist remarkable influence, but the reflection of the dynamic equalization way of economical system which grows to the human capital is keener.
