摘要
目前我国国债的主要功能是弥补财政赤字,为基础设施、大型项目筹集资金,影响着货币供给量,对通货膨胀有一定推动作用。通过对1978-2005年的经济数据对国债发行与通货膨胀风险进行实证分析,可以发现国债发行虽然不是通货膨胀的主要原因,但二者存在一定的相关关系,应该在防范国债发行带来风险的基础之上,满足金融市场对国债的需求。
The chief function of national debt is to make up fiscal deficit and to raise money for base establishment and great project in our country,and it also influences the supply of currency which may force inflation.Dhis paper found national debt isn’t the main reason of inflation by empirical analysis method with the date between 1978～2005,but they have some correlation.So we should thke measure to keep away from the risk drive by national debt and fill the need of debt in finance market.
