Research on China’s Social Security Fund Supervision:Review,Evaluation and Thinking

以社会保障基金监管领域的大量文献、法律、法规文本等为研究对象,从概念、意义和基本秩序三个方面梳理了我国社会保障基金监管的研究历程,并对其中的主要观点进行了评述,提出在该领域引入第三方监管的基本预设。

After researching the current literature,laws and regulations on social security fund supervision,the author describes the research process of China’s social security fund supervision from three aspects:the concept,the function and the basic order.Then the author evaluates the main points of the researches.Finally,the author proposes an idea of introducing an third-party supervision into the China’s security fund supervision field.
