摘要
我国正当防卫制度是一般防卫与特别防卫制度的结合,本文旨在使人们对正当防卫制度有个清晰的认识,并促进学界进一步正确理解和适用正当防卫,且对正当防卫制度的完善提出了自己的观点。
The system of justifiable defense in our country is the combination of general defense and especial de- fense.The purpose of this paper is to make people have a clearer understanding of this system,promote an appropriate understanding and application of it and put forwarcl my own opinions on the improvement of the justifiable defense sys- tem.
