我国环境责任保险制度的分析及展望

环境责任保险是在我国环境事故频发,环境压力不断增大的背景下产生发展起来的。其独特优势使得这一制度在我国的环境保护中起着不可代替的作用。在我国环境事故突发频繁的现状下,用环境责任保险制度来解决环境侵权所带来的损害是一个较好的选择。它有利于企业的健康运行,有利于受害人损失的填补,也有利于改善我国的环境和推动我国经济的可持续发展。我国应在充分尊重我国国情的前提下,借鉴西方成熟的环境责任保险制度。

The environment liability insurance is developing under the background of frequent environment acci- dents and increasing pressure on the environment.Its unique strengths in improving the system of environmental pro- tection in China play an irreplaceable role.Setting off from our national condition,in order to improve our country’s e- cological environment and reduce the environment risk,improving this emerging insurance mechanism is the inevitable action.On the premise that we should fully respect China’s national condition We should learn from the mature en- ciroment Liability insurance system while respcting China’s special condition.
