摘要
随着经济全球化的到来,外资零售企业开始加快国际化的脚步,并取得了不少成绩。然而,外资零售企业的国际化进程并非一帆风顺,包括最强势的沃尔玛也在海外市场遭受了巨大挫折。从"外部复制战略"的角度可以看出沃尔玛国际化受阻的具体原因。
As the economic integration growing fast,the internationalization speed of overseas-funded retail enterprises has also ac- celerated,and do made some achievements.However,their internationalization progresses do not proceed smoothly.Most of them,in- cluding the strongest company,such as Wal-mart have met frustrations in oversea market.Based on the external duplication strategy, this paper analyses the reasons of Wal-mart met frustrations in internationalization.
