摘要 人本管理,即以人为本的伦理管理,它是针对以"物"或以"资"为本而提出来的,强调企业在经营管理过程中不是单纯以"物"(或"资")为追求目标,而应该以"人"(包括员工、消费者、社区公众)为根本出发点和终极目标,一切发展都是为了人的生存发展。"尊重人、发展人、为了人"是人本伦理的核心内容,是企业发展的内在动力和终极价值目标。这也是利益相关者对企业的行为和发展进行评判的价值依据。人本伦理管理既有经济合理性又有伦理合理性。建构人本伦理,既要有外部制度规范的约束,更要企业自身对人本伦理的体认,并自觉外化为企业的行为。 People management,which means people-centered management ethics,is directly against objects-center or capital-center.It stresses that in the management process,enterprises are not simply for matters or capital,but should be for people(including employees,consumers,communities public ),which is the starting point and ultimate goal.All of the de- velopment is for human survival and development."Respect people,develop people,for people"is the core content.This ethics is the internal driving force of the development of enterprise and the ultimate value target.This is also the essessment basis for interest-relevant party when evaluate the behaviors and development of enterprises.Human ethics management is both economically rational and ethical rational.To construct human ethics,it is essential to have both external constraint from standardized system and the ethical acceptability of the human ethics,and consciously bring to the behavior of enter- prises.
