城乡和谐型环城游憩带的构建分析——基于共生理论的探讨

Analysis on the Construction of Harmonious Recreation Belt Around Metropolis——Based on the Symbiosis Theory

面对社会发展中出现的不和谐现状,构建和谐社会成为我国经济社会发展的重要目标。我国国家旅游局据此提出了2007年"和谐城乡游"的主题。而处于城乡交错地带的环城游憩带,起着联系城市和乡村的关键作用。通过构建环城游憩带能推动城乡和谐发展,对创建我国和谐社会的长远目标具有积极的现实意义。本文基于共生理论解析了城市和乡村之间的共生关系,并分析了构建城乡和谐型环城游憩带的重要意义,同时提出了发展对策。

Facing the present disharmonious situation,building up the harmonious society becomes an important target in the development of our country. Therefore,Chinese national tourist office has put forward the"Harmonious Tourism of Urban and Rural Areas"in 2007. While the Recreation Belt Around Metropolis locating in the ecotone plays a key role in contacting the urban and rural areas. Furthermore,constructing the Recreation Belt Around Metropolis can improve the har-monious development of urban and rural areas. This has an active practice value for the long-run objective of building the harmonious society. Based on the symbiosis theory,this paper analyzes the symbiosis relationship between the urban and ru-ral areas,and the importance of the construction of Recreation Belt Around Metropolis,also proposes the development ap-proaches.
