Analysis of the Game Theory between Government and Enterprises in Constructing Eco-civilization

生态文明建设是一种制度安排。本文对生态文明建设中政府和企业两个利益主体的最优战略进行分析,从而得出混合战略纳什均衡解。根据该混合战略纳什均衡解,对生态文明建设中政府和企业的行为解释提供了数理依据,并由其参数关系得出要形成约束和激励相结合的生态文明建设机制等一些可供参考的建议。

The construction of the Eco-civilization is an arrangement of the system. This paper analyzes priority strategy of government and enterprises constructing the Eco-civilization through the game theory analysis and gets the mixed strategy of Nash equilibrium. By analyzing this, the author provides the explanations to activities of the government and corporation in eco-civilization construction. Finally, based on the restrain combination with the motivation in eco-civilization construct- ing mechanism, the author gives some suggestions.
