Using the Concept of Scientific Development to Guide the Coordinated Development of Electronic Party

用科学发展观统领电子党务协调发展是保持党自身的现代化、拓展党建新领域的需要,也是促进党员全面发展的需要。目前,电子党务发展中存在三个误区:或将电子党务看作是电子政务的一部分;或把电子党务完全等同于党委上网或组织部门的办公自动化;或电子‘党务的发展可以"一蹴而就"。用科学发展观统领电子党务协调发展可以采取电子党务共享式推进、电子党务螺旋式推进、电子党务协调式推进三种方略。

Using the concept of scientific development to guide the coordinated development of electronic party is necessary to maintain the party’s modernization,expand the new area of the party’s building and promote all-round develop- ment of party members.At present,the development of electronic party has three errors.First,some people take electronic party as a part of E-Government;some people think that electronic party is the same to office automation of sector organiza- tions;some people think the development of electronic party is an easy thing.Using the concept of scientific development to guide the coordinated development of electronic party can take the form of three strategies,such as shared strategy,spiral ad- vance strategy and advance coordinately strategy.
