改革开放以来我国劳动榜样形象变迁——基于湖北省劳模资料的内容分析

Change of Image of China’s Labor Model since Reform and Opening Up——Based On the Content Analysis of Data of Labor Models of Hubei Province

时代变迁推动了劳动榜样形象的变迁。改革开放以来,市场经济日益成熟,多种经济成份的蓬勃发展,推动了我国劳动榜样形象向多元化发展。信息经济、知识经济的日益发展,促进了我国劳动榜样形象向学习型、技能型、知识型变迁。劳动榜样形象的这些变迁在我国构建学习型社会、创新型国家过程中起到了重要作用。

The changes of time promotes the changes of images of labor models.Since reforming and opening up,the increasing mature of marketing economy and the vigorous development of various economic sectors make the China’s labor models into diversified images.The development of information and knowledge-based economy promote labor models change to learning-based,skills-based and knowledge-based images,which play a great role in the process of constructing of learning-based society and innovation-oriented country.
