Discussing the Contribution of Human Capital Investment to the Technological Innovation

技术进步对一个国家的经济增长起着至关重要的作用。研究如何实现技术进步以及影响技术进步的因素成了现代社会研究的一个重要课题。影响技术进步的因素是多方面的,主要有社会制度、产业结构、国家政策、科研投入等等,人力资本作为其中的一个方面,扮演着将各种资源有效整合从而实现技术进步的重要角色。本文基于人力资本投入的知识积累模型分析了人力资本投入对技术创新的贡献,并提出了相关政策建议。

In modern society, technological innovation plays a vital role in a country’s economic growth. So the study of how to achieve technological progress and the factors affecting technological progress has become an important research topic. As one of the area, human capital plays an important role in integrating kinds of resources effectively to achieve the technological progress. According to the Knowledge Accommodation Model, this paper discusses the contribution of human capital investment to the technological innovation and proposes some appraisals and suggestions.
