高等教育评估对我国政府第三方评估的启示

近年来,第三方评估日渐成为各级政府推进绩效评估的实践模式,但由于起步较晚,其模式和技术还并不成熟。国内外的高等教育评估已走过了一段相当长的历程,形成了一套较为成熟的模式。认真研究分析并借鉴国内外高等教育评估的经验,对于我国刚刚起步的政府第三方评估无疑具有极强的理论和现实意义。

In recent years, the third-party evaluation becomes practice modes of the various parts of the government advancing government performance evaluation. However, the technology of the third-party evaluation is not mature due to the late start. Evaluation of higher education at home and abroad has gone through a rather long process, and has formed a more mature model. Conscientiously studying and analyzing the experience of higher education’s evaluation at home and abroad undoubtedly has a very strong theoretical and practical significance to China’s third-party assessment.
