中国媒体在突发事件报道中的不足和反思——以《法制日报》对“问题奶粉事件”的报道为例

Research on the Inadequacy and reflection of China’s medias in Emergency News Reporting——A Sample based on Toxic Milk Power Reports of Legal Daily

突发事件因其突然性、紧急性甚至灾难性,往往成为媒体第一时间争相报道的焦点。若媒体不能全面客观地将事件各方面的信息及时披露,极易导致谣言产生和社会紊乱。2008年9月某媒体点名报道了问题奶粉的存在,由此引发了"问题奶粉事件"的曝光。作为一份综合性法制专业媒体,《法制日报》在该事件发生后一直进行了连续报道。分析并总结其在此次事件报道中存在的不足,对日后法制类媒体在此类报道的完善不无启示意义。

Emergency news always becomes an issue to the public and the focus of the media because of its characteristics of unexpectedness and catastrophic.If the related news from the media is not comprehensive,objective and timely,it will generate the rumor and lead to social disorder.On September 2008,a newspaper reported the name of a company which was supposed to have close relation to the toxic milk power issue,then leaded to the explosions of toxic milk powder issue to the public.As a professional legal media,Legal Daily was concerned about this issue in the following month.To analyze and sum up the shortcomings of legal news media on reporting this sort of issue would benefit the future reports to make progress.
