摘要
在全面回顾组织承诺与工作绩效关系的基础上,通过问卷调查方法,对武汉、广州、杭州的500名员工进行了测试,运用spss软件,对组织承诺与工作绩效关系进行相关分析以及回归分析。研究结果表明:组织承诺与工作绩效有显著地相关关系,感情承诺和规范承诺与工作绩效正相关,继续承诺与工作绩效负相关。
Based on the comprehensive review of the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance, 500 employees in Wuhan,Guangzhou,and Hangzhou were tested by the questionnaire survey method.By using spss software,make correlation analysis as well as regression analysis about the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance.The results show that:organizational commitment and job performance have significantly related relationship; affective commitment and normative commitment are positively related to job performance;continuance commitment is negatively related to job performance.
