风险投资对我国保险专业中介业的影响分析

Analysis on the Impacts of the Venture Capital towards Professional Insurance Intermediary Industry

在对我国专业保险中介业和风险投资发展情况进行分析的基础之上,从资金供给、资金需求以及政策支持的角度阐述了风险资本进入保险中介的原因。然后通过对泛华保险运营情况的分析,介绍了风险投资及时进驻保险中介企业后而给企业造成的积极影响。基于保险中介收入的特点、我国保险中介机构规模小和风险投资的退出方式这三方面,得出风险投资对保险中介负面影响远小于其积极影响的结论。

On the basis of the development of professional insurance intermediary industry and venture capital in China,there are three reasons that venture capital invests in insurance intermediary industry. The example of Fanhua Insurance Company has proved that venture capital has a positive impact on it. However,due to the characteristics of insurance intermediary income,the small size of insurance intermediaries and the way of venture capital withdrawing,these three aspects show that the worries about the bad impacts are not necessary.
