摘要
以产业结构偏离度和灰色关联度为工具,实证分析了改革开放以来湖北省产业结构与就业结构的协调性。结果表明改革开放以来湖北产业结构与就业结构是不协调的,就业结构滞后于产业结构变动,第一产业存在大量剩余劳动力有待转移,第二、三产业具有一定吸纳就业潜力,但吸纳就业人员不足。通过影响因素分析可以发现工业增长乏力、国有经济比重偏高、FDI流入不足是造成湖北产业结构与就业结构协调程度低的重要因素。
Taking advantage of deviational range of industrial structure and gray correlation analysis tools,this paper empirically analyze the degree of coordination between industry structure and employment structure in Hubei since reform and opening up. The results show that the industry structure and employment structure is the low level of coordination,the change of employment structure lags behind of industry structure,there are a large number of surplus labor force needs to be transfer in the primary industry,although the secondary industry and tertiary industry have potential to absorb the labor force,they didn’t absorb the sufficient labor. By Analysis the factors we can find that weak industrial growth,higher proportion of stateowned economy and lack of FDI inflows are the most important factors in causing the low level of coordination between Industry Structure and Employment Structure in Hubei.
