信息不对称下的动态联盟伙伴成员选择──基于委托-代理模型的视角

The Selection of Dynamic Coalition Partners under Information Asymmetry Members──Based on the Perspective of the Principal-Agent Model

随着市场环境快速的变换、消费需求正朝个性化、多样化方向发展以及产品更新的瞬息万变,单个企业已难以适应这种趋势的发展,这对跨国公司更提出了新的挑战。动态联盟,又称虚拟企业,正是在这种背景下提出来的。动态联盟的伙伴选择过程是其中一个关键的因素,是一个综合评价的过程。目前学者运用不同的理论对动态联盟的伙伴选择提出了不同的方法与思路。本文试图从委托—代理模型的视角来分析动态联盟伙伴选择的问题,以期对中国企业进行国际化战略时选择动态联盟成员时提出一定的借鉴意义。

With the fast changing of market environment,the moving of consumer demand towards the direction of personalization and diversification and the constantly updates of product,individual enterprises have been difficult to adapt to this trend of development,of which have also present multinational companies with new challenges. Dynamic alliance,also known as virtual enterprise,it is put forward in this context. The selection process of dynamic alliance partner is one of the key factors,also a comprehensive evaluation process. At present,scholars have used different theories to propose different approach and ideas for the selection of dynamic coalition partners. This paper attempts to analyze the choice of dynamic alliance partner from the perspective of the principalagent model,with a view of making certain referential significance for the internationalization strategy of Chinese enterprises to conduct the selection of dynamic alliance members.
