As a result of historical,geographic and economical factor and depeding upon the national policy fund the investment,the heavy industry stucture in Wuhan has been formed in First Five-Year palnning periods and the initial founding of Wuhan’s economic backwardness has been greatly changed.Under the background of our nation constucting"two-type" society actively,it will influence the long-term healthy development of Wuhan’s economy to reflect the choice of heavy industrialization path during the period of"First Five-Year".
