金融危机背景下应届毕业生就业现状调查分析——以武汉市三所高校为例

Survey of Graduates’Employment under Financial Crisis

2008年发生的美国次贷危机引发了全球性的金融危机,其对中国经济也产生了较大的影响,同样也影响了该年应届毕业生就业。为深入了解金融危机背景下高校应届毕业生的就业新形势、就业观念的新情况等问题,我们选取武汉三所重点大学——中南财经政法大学、华中科技大学、武汉大学的学生作为调查对象,探究此次金融危机是否对不同性别、不同学校性质、不同学历和不同专业的应届毕业生的就业造成冲击。调查显示,金融危机对不同性别、不同学历、不同学校性质和不同专业的毕业生的就业状况、就业心态和就业意愿等方面都有不同的影响,并在调查分析基础上给政府和学校提出一些政策建议。

The subprime mortgage of American in 2008 triggered the global financial crisis,it gave an important impact on the economy of China,especially on the employment of the graduates of this yea.To have deeper knowledge about the new employment situation,opinions on job choosing under the background of financial crisis,we chose the students of three key universities in Wuhan-Zhongnan University of Economics and Law,Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Wuhan University as survey respondents.We want to learn whether the financial crisis had different impacts on the graduates with different gender,specification in school,education and major.According to the survey,the financial crisis indeed had different influences on the employment situation,employment will and employment psychology of graduates with different gender,specification in school,education and major.Then,we give some policies and suggestions to the government and school based on the investigation.
