走出“关系经济”困局:从关系到契约

Escape from the Predicament of the “Guanxi Economy”:Change the “Guanxi” to the Contract

中国社会,是一个"讲交情、攀关系"的社会。这种因血缘、地缘和业缘等组成的"关系"纽带在经济发展和人民的日常生活中发挥着重要作用。但是,随着市场经济的发展,"关系经济"的弊端逐渐凸显。"关系经济"高昂的总交易成本造成了社会资源的扭曲和浪费,也造成了寻租和搭便车行为,因此必须要逐步转化为契约经济。基于分析,文章最后尝试性地提出了走出"关系经济"困局的理论性建议。

Chinese society is full of fellowships and relationships.Those"Guanxi"according to the consanguinity,geography and enterprise things play an important role in the economic and the life.Whereas,along with the development of the market economy,the disadvantages of the"Guanxi economy"obviously come out.The whole trade cost of the"Guanxi economy"is so high that it causes the contortion and the waste of the social resource.As a result,actions like looking for lease and hitchhiking get their way to stay in.Therefore,changing the"Guanxi economy"to"contract economy"becomes the right thing that we should immediately do with.And according to the analysis in the article,we try to give an academic suggestion to escape from the predicament of the"Guanxi economy".
