摘要
首先采取了纵横结合的方法对国内外组织承诺结构的主要研究进行综述,分别从组织承诺横向结构模型、组织承诺纵向结构模型两个方面进行回顾和分析。研究发现组织承诺的维度经历了单维到多维的发展,但是对组织承诺维度的划分许多学者有不同的观点,然而跨文化是划分组织承诺维度的重要影响因素。纵观已有的文献,发现基本上都是采用横向的方法进行研究,而采用纵向研究方法进行跟踪研究的文献很少。最后结合组织承诺结构的特点指出了未来研究的方向。
The article reviews domestic and foreign major studies on organizational commitment structure which mainly adopt the method of vertical and horizontal integration. Dimensions of organizational commitment experienced a one-dimen- sional to multi-dimensional development. However, many scholars have different opinions on the delineation of dimensions of organizational commitment. Cross-cultural is an important factor on dividing dimensions of organizational commitment. Through the literature reviewing, we found there were little paper studying the vertical structure of organizational commitment. Finally, recommendations for future research on organizational commitment structure are given.
