工会影响劳动收入占比的研究进展

Research Advances of Impacts of Unions on Labor’s Share of Income

探讨工会对劳动收入占比的影响已成为国外大量研究文献的主题,而国内有关这方面的研究却很稀少。大多数学者从理论分析或经验研究层面,论述了工会对劳动收入占比的正相关作用,部分学者通过分析和测度工会对劳动收入占比的直接影响及其影响程度论证工会对劳动收入占比的正面效应;部分学者则是通过考察中间变量,如利润、总成本等来阐述工会对劳动收入占比的间接影响。但也有少数学者,尤其是在早期研究文献中,认为工会和劳动收入占比中间不存在显著的相关关系。这些争论丰富了工会影响劳动收入占比的研究,同时也为我国工会力量不断弱化及特定制度背景下解释中国劳动收入占比下降现象提供了参考和借鉴。

Although there have been a number of studies abroad analyzing the impact of unions on labor’s share of income,the domestic studies on the aspect are still very few.Most scholars have discussed the positive effects of unions on labor’s share of income from the theoretical and empirical perspective.Some of them would analyze and measure the direct impacts of union to prove the existence of positive effects;while some would observe and study the intermediate variables so that the indirect impacts of profit,total cost and some other factors could be proved.However,a minority of scholars,especially in the early studies,believe that there is no significant correlation between unions and labor’s share of income.All these arguments have enriched this research field.In the meantime,it could provide references and suggestions to solve the existing issue that currently the labor’s share of income is decreasing and the unions forces are weakening unceasingly in China.
