社区治理视域下我国农民工公共文化服务问题探究

The Analysis of Our Country’s Rural Migrant Worker’s Public Cultural Service Problem from the Perspective of Community Governance

农民工融入城市难主要表现为融入城市社区难。城市社区是农民工融入城市,享受公共文化服务的主要平台。然而,迄今为止,我国农民工的基本公共文化服务仍未得到有效保障,其文化生活单调、匮乏、参与度低的问题还相当突出。对此,社区治理为我们提供了一个良好的解决途径,即通过发挥社区多中心治理主体的作用,为农民工提供符合其实际需要的公共文化服务,从而有效地促进他们融入城市。

The difficulties of peasant migrant workers integrating with city towns mainly appear in integrating with city communities.And the urban community is the main platform.But,so far,the basic public cultural service for peasant workers has still not been effectively guaranteed.Their cultural lives are still monotonous,lack scarcity and participation.It is quite outstanding and obvious.The community governess provides us a good way of providing public cultural services for peasant migrant workers through playing the role of the multi-governed-centers in city communities,so as to promote their integration with the city effectively.
