摘要
20世纪80年代以来,组织中的情绪问题日益受到组织理论研究者和实践者的重视,现在它已成为组织行为学研究的前沿问题。相比国外日益丰富的研究成果,国内目前在情绪劳动领域的研究还处于起步阶段。通过回顾情绪劳动的概念及发展、情绪劳动的结构维度、情绪劳动策略、情绪劳动的前因——结果变量以及情绪劳动的研究对象,提出了现有研究的局限和对未来的研究展望。
Since 1980s,the emotional problems have captured more and more attentions from researchers and practitioners,and now,it has been the frontier of Organization Behavior.Emotional labor is still on its infancy in our country compared with increasingly rich research achievements abroad.This article reviews and comments relevant documents on emotional labor research at home and broad,including the concepts,dimensions,antecedent-result variables and research objects of emotional labor.Some appraisals and suggestions on the developing of emotional labor are proposed in the end.
