With the deepening of globalization and the promotion of international trade,domestic and foreign experts and scholars do research from all aspects to find out the impact of FDI on the employment of the host country.This thesis will review the achievements of domestic and foreign experts and scholars from the number of employment,the quality of employment,the structure of employment and the economy of employment area,then come to the conclusion and put forward the prospect.
