摘要
传统的层级制组织结构已成为新经济时代企业发展的最大障碍,组织的扁平化变革逐渐形成一种趋势。对于房地产开发企业而言,建立面向客户的流程式组织结构有利于企业在激烈的市场竞争中获取核心竞争力。但是在组织结构的变革中,带来了对人员素质、绩效管理、职业晋升和企业文化等方面的冲击。这就需要组织能妥善处理好组织变革带来的失衡,通过建立学习型组织、双通道职业发展体系等策略将变革带来的挑战转化为企业发展的契机。
Traditional hierarchical structure has become the biggest obstacle to enterprise development in new economic era. The organization flattening has become a trend. For real estate companies,building organization structure of customer oriented process is conducive to the core competitiveness of enterprises in the fierce market competition. However,changes in the organizational structure bring the shock on the quality of personnel,performance management, career advancement,and corporate culture,which requires organizations to properly handle imbalances brought by organizational changes. The establishment of learning organization and dual channel professional development system are helpful to turn the challenges of change into an opportunity for enterprise development.
